Forum In Jordan: Empowering Women for Leadership Roles in the Middle East and North Africa Region

As part of the Forum of Federations program “Empowering Women for Leadership Roles in the Middle East and North Africa Region (Jordan, Morocco, and Tunisia)” the Princess Basma Center for Jordanian Women Studies in collaboration with Yarmouk University and Forum of Federations launched its Training of Trainers for three days at Dead Sea.
The three days advanced capacity building entitled “Inclusive Governance and Gender Mainstreaming” held for the certified trainers’ team for the project “Empowering Women for Leadership Roles in the MENA Region/Jordan”.
This TOT will build the capacity as qualified trainers that will transfer the knowledge later to the participant and equip them with the knowledge needed and skills to be fully able to compete and fill leadership/management positions in the future.
Generally, the training aimed to raise the level of knowledge on women’s leadership, women’s empowerment, gender equality, gender mainstreaming and inclusive governance.
