Minister Hosh worked closely with the Forum for several years, most recently in his role as Minister.
The Forum’s Senior Director for Africa Shawn Houlihan notes: “When one thinks of the constitution in Somalia one automatically thinks of Minister Hosh. Even more importantly, he was a champion of constitutionalism, which often put him in conflict with other senior political actors, but his idealism never waned.”
